The John Fraser 10 is the Premier 10 mile race in the East Midlands. It is an open race and also the final summer race in the Leicestershire Road Running League. Starting from Countesthorpe, Leicestershire, the course takes in the beautiful local villages and countryside.

Welcome to Leicester Triathlon Club. We are a friendly club with over 230 members who range from complete novices to multiple ironman finishers, and Great Britain representatives. 8211; Today there had been torrential rain during the day which would have made my normal route very muddy and wet. I had been looking at alternative routes and decided to adapt my 4 mile route around Hinckley by extending the run for a few more miles. 8211; I looked out the window and thought I had better get out and do a run before all the rain comes along and stops me going out.
